About the Role: We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and suitably qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.
The successful applicant will plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that support children's learning, wellbeing and development.
Salary: AUD $85,000 - $90,000 plus superannuation Employment Type: Full-time Tasks and Responsibilities: As an Early Childhood Teacher at Caroline Springs Montessori, you will play an important role in bringing our Montessori philosophy to life.
You will:
Design and implement an inclusive and purposeful kindergarten curriculum aligned with the VEYLDF, NQS and Montessori principles.




Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment where every child feels encouraged to explore.
Support children's independence, confidence and practical life skills through child-led learning and intentional teaching.
Mentor and collaborate with educators in your room to support effective routines, meaningful documentation and reflective practice.
Maintain strong standards in child safety, supervision, compliance and professional practice in line with service policies, the National Quality Framework and regulatory expectations.
Be a team player and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications and Work Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience working as an
Early Childhood Teacher
Bachelor of
Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA-approved equivalent
VIT Registration
Current
First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
Current National Police Check
A genuine passion for Montessori education, child-led learning and early childhood development
