As our People & Capability Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting all things people, from recruitment and onboarding to providing advice, guidance, and administrative support across the organisation.

For this position we offer:
Salary $86,****** - $94,****** per annum (Stream A, Level 3 - 4)PermanentFull-time position (72.5 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday)Location – Preferred location is Moranbah,



however open to other locations within the Isaac Regionfor the right candidate.RDO's in accordance with IRC's Certified Agreement (only eligible for full-time employees)5 weeks annual leave pro-rata @ 17.5% loading15 days' personal leave pro rata per annumUp to 14.5% super in accordance with IRC's Certified Agreement
About You:
We are seeking an enthusiastic person who possesses:
Strong administration skills.Experience with end to end recruitment processes and procedures.Excellent interpersonal skills in the areas of creative problem-solving, conflict resolution and decision-making processes.Strong communication abilities, able to collaborate and be a team player.Ability to handle matters with both confidentiality and sensitivity.
