Full Time Electronic Security Technician with Tanksec Solutions, to join our team working on a range of Commercial, Industrial, Retail & Residential sites across South East Queensland.
This position would suit a motivated individual who is looking to develop security technology and IT skills.
Key responsibilities
Service, maintenance and installation of alarm and CCTV equipment
Service, maintenance and installation of access control and intercom systems
Strong customer satisfaction with both new and existing customers
Interpreting drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
Completing service documentation and reports accurately
About you
Knowledge if not willing to learn NX, Crow, Bosch, Paradox, Tecom and Concept Alarm Panels
Knowledge and experience with both Analogue and IP CCTV systems – including fault finding and diagnostics
Knowledge of various electronic security & access control systems with the willingness to learn new product
Basic knowledge with IP Networking & PCs
Open Cabling Licence and endorsements
Current Class C drivers license
Current QLD Installer and Adviser Security License
General Induction Blue/White Card
High level of problem solving skills
Minimum 3 years in similar role – new qualified electricians are encouraged to apply
