We specialise in helping clients build wealth through strategic property acquisition and tailored mortgage solutions.As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Parabroker to join our in-office team in North Strathfield and support our brokers in delivering a seamless client experience from application to settlement.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to be closely involved in the end-to-end mortgage process.You will work alongside experienced brokers, credit specialists, and senior parabrokers, gaining exposure to real scenarios and contributing directly to successful loan outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end loan processing for residential home loans (fact-find to settlement)Conduct document checks, file preparation, and submission readinessReview client financials including income documents, liabilities, and credit reportsLiaise with lenders, clients, and third parties to gather and verify informationTrack applications, follow up on outstanding conditions,
