MEGT Ringwood-based role supports Apprentices and Trainees throughout their employment and training journey, reporting to the State Manager.
The role focuses on coaching, WHS compliance, employer engagement and account management to maximise completion rates and deliver high-quality outcomes for learners and host employers.You will conduct site visits, address barriers early, liaise with host employers and RTOs, and coordinate on- and off-the-job training.
