The Role
Working Monday-Friday, you'll oversee Sales and Property Management Trust Accounts across the business, working closely with the Sales and Property Management teams.
Manage Sales & Property Management Trust Accounting
Complete daily/monthly reconciliations and reporting
Manage forecasting, budgets and cash flow reporting
Run mid-month and end-of-month statements and payments
Assist with audits, disbursements and ad hoc accounting duties
The Candidate
We're looking for someone who is confident in real estate trust accounting and enjoys being part of a high-performing team.
You'll ideally have:
Previous real estate trust accounting experience
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Strong communication skills
A proactive "can-do" attitude
