Security requirements: Full working rights in Australia is required
Travel arrangement: Initial week in Canberra with occasional travel to Canberra until June ****, interstate travel will be required for events.

SOS Recruitment is excited to be partnering with Elite Supplements to recruit a Sports Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing team.
Elite Supplements is one of Australia's fastest-growing sports nutrition and supplement brands, with more than 150 locations nationwide and a strong online presence.
The business is passionate about sport, fitness and performance and continues to expand its presence through athlete partnerships, sponsorships, events and community engagement.
This is a hands-on opportunity to support the delivery of Elite Supplements' sports partnerships, athlete and ambassador programs, sponsorship activations, events and community initiatives.
Working closely with the wider marketing team and external partners, you will coordinate campaigns and activations that strengthen Elite Supplements' presence across the Australian sport, fitness and performance landscape.
The role would suit someone with approximately 2-4 years' experience across marketing, sports marketing, sponsorships, partnerships, events or social media who has a genuine passion for sport and fitness.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Elite Supplements' sports partnerships, sponsorships, athlete programs and brand activations from planning through to delivery.
Manage day-to-day relationships with athletes, agents, sporting organisations, event organisers and brand partners.
Coordinate athlete and ambassador onboarding, deliverables, product requirements,



schedules and appearances.
Support sponsorship and event activations, including logistics, creative requirements, signage, product and post-event reporting.
Work with social and content teams to identify and deliver content opportunities involving athletes, events and partnerships.
Coordinate photo/video shoots, interviews, collaborative campaigns and athlete appearances.
Support sports-related content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, digital, email, retail and in-store channels.
Track partnership and campaign performance, including reach, engagement, attendance, content delivery and other KPIs.
Maintain sports marketing calendars, trackers, budgets, invoices, partnership documentation and asset libraries.
Monitor sporting, fitness, cultural and competitor trends to identify new partnership, content and activation opportunities.
Experience/requirements:
Approximately 2-4 years' experience in marketing, sports marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, events, social media or a related area.
Experience coordinating campaigns, events, partnerships, influencers, athletes or external stakeholders.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with campaign KPIs, reporting, trackers and budgets.
A proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
A genuine passion for sport, fitness, health, wellness and/or sports nutrition.
Basic Canva, photography, video or editing skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
