Royal Oak in Fitzroy North is seeking a Dining Room Manager to own the 60-seat dining room and lead the next development stage.
This is a hands-on role, on the floor during service, building a polished, welcoming atmosphere.You'll train and develop the FOH team, work with Head Chef, manage reservations, seating, and large bookings, and strengthen ties with regular guests and the local community.
