Boss Burger Sunny Coast is seeking an experienced Trailer Manager to take ownership of our Boss Burger trailer operations at events across SE Queensland.
You will lead prep, towing, service and post-event handover, ensuring safety, speed and quality.You'll manage a team, coordinate with event organisers and maintain our trailer to Boss Burger standards, with weekend availability and travel across regional sites.
A Food Safety Supervisor certificate or willingness to obtain one is required.
