DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to coordinate and schedule customer repairs for our automotive and industrial customers at our Wodonga branch.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a high level of service throughout the repair processCommunicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, job progress and expected timelinesQuote customers, plan jobs, create work orders and schedule vehicles for serviceCheck parts availability and coordinate with technicians and the Parts team to keep jobs movingProcess invoices, accounts and purchase orders,



ensuring accurate and timely administrationMaintain accurate records and follow procedures within the service management systemBuild positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience from start to finishResponsibilities To be successful in this role you will need the following: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid IT capabilitiesStrong customer service skills and the ability to build positive customer relationshipsPrevious Service Advisor, automotive, warranty or similar customer-facing experience is desirableAn understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices and purchase orders is highly desirableStrong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple jobs and prioritiesTechnical experience is not essential, however an interest in the automotive, mining or industrial setting would be beneficialQualifications Additional Information: Full Time / 38 Hours per week Competitive Hourly Rate Overtime as required - Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
