Solution Architecture & Design Architect, design, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Case Management solutions using both out-of-the-box capabilities and custom development.Strong expertise in Dataverse design and development, including data modelling, table relationships, business rules, security architecture, plug-ins, workflows, data migration, and system integrations.Design scalable and secure enterprise solutions leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Dataverse.Develop architecture artifacts, including contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical solution designs.Define technical roadmaps,



integration patterns, and solution deployment strategies.Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
