Working across the 292 guest rooms, 2 sparkling pools, recreation areas, the restaurant, conference spaces, lobby and reception, kitchens, and back of house spaces.
You'll support the Chief Engineer and maintenance team to ensure all resort facilities and guest areas are running smoothly.
Job Description What you'll be doing: This is a working supervisor position, requiring a hands-on approach to maintenance operations while providing leadership & support to the engineering teamPerform preventative maintenance across the resortSupervising and supporting a team of 4 HandypersonsPrioritise and coordinate daily maintenance activitiesDiagnose, maintain, & repair mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systemsMonitor contractor activities & compliance with Accor standardsMonitor utility consumption & identify opportunities for energy conservationSupport with rostering & staff training requirements Qualifications What you'll bring to the role:
