We are currently seeking an experienced and guest-focused Bell Captain to join our Hotel Operations team.
This leadership role is responsible for the daily operation of Bell Services, ensuring seamless arrival and departure experiences while developing and inspiring a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Leading the day-to-day operation of Bell Services, including luggage services, valet parking and driveway managementCoaching, mentoring and developing Bell Services Attendants and Doorpersons to deliver exceptional serviceCoordinating VIP arrivals, group movements and special guest requestsEnsuring service standards are consistently delivered across all guest touchpointsManaging team rosters,



labour resources and operational requirementsHandling guest enquiries and resolving issues in a qualified and timely mannerMaintaining strong relationships with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other hotel departmentsSupporting a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement About youPrevious leadership experience within hotels, hospitality, guest services or a similar customer-focused environmentA passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading service-focused teamsStrong communication, organisational and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environmentExperience coordinating multiple priorities and operational demandsA current manual driver's licence is essentialExperience with Opera or similar property management systems will be highly regarded Bring your passion for people, leadership and service excellence and help create unforgettable experiences for our hotel guests.On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
