We deliver projects and scopes for mining, resources and energy clients, from design, PLC/SCADA and panel manufacture through to construction, commissioning, shutdowns and maintenance.
Our recruitment team builds the crews and supervisors who deliver that work, and our mobilisation team gets them to site safely and on time.The roleReporting to our Recruitment Lead, you'll own blue-collar recruitment end to end: electricians, instrument technicians, riggers and trades assistants for shutdowns, projects and ongoing FIFO rosters (2:1, 3:1 and more).
Source, screen and shortlist trades for shutdowns, projects and rostered rolesTurn around short-notice crew requests, often within ***** hoursBuild and keep a warm pool of reliable trades who want to work with us againCheck tickets, licences, medicals and references before anyone is put forwardHand confirmed placements to mobilisation for flights,



accommodation and site accessKeep candidate records and pipelines up to date in our ERPWhat makes this role differentPace: shutdown work moves fast, and dates and headcount change at short notice.
