Location: 144A Pennant St, North Parramatta, NSW,**** Salary: AUD $79,500 to $82,000 + Super
Minimum requirements: Be qualified in hospitality with AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) with at least 1 Years full time experience as a Chef
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and organise the preparation and cooking of food, blending Indian-style tikka flavours with Mexican taco-style formats to deliver the business's signature fusion menu
Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies Prepare, season, and cook food to a consistent standard, including marinating and grilling tikka-style proteins and preparing fresh taco fillings, salsas, and accompaniments Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation




Discuss food preparation and menu matters with management and kitchen/front-of-house staff Demonstrate techniques and advise kitchen staff on cooking procedures Explain, implement, and enforce hygiene and food safety regulations in the kitchen
Select and train kitchen staff as required, and help coordinate day-to-day kitchen operations Manage stock levels, minimise wastage, and assist with rostering and budgeting as needed

Strong leadership and ability to manage a small kitchen team
Creativity and passion for fusion cuisine, blending Indian and Mexican flavours
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Good communication and coordination with front-of-house staff
