Norco is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth across Brisbane
Managing an established territory with solid brand recognition, you'll build trusted customer partnerships, identify new business opportunities and play a key role in growing the Norco brand across your territory.
Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you'll enjoy the autonomy of a field-based role while being supported by an experienced, collaborative and successful national sales team.
You'll take ownership of your territory, using market insights, structured planning and disciplined execution to deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned to growth targets and business objectivesDeliver sales growth through effective account management and territory ownershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key stakeholdersIdentify and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networkingManage distributor relationships to maximise distribution and unlock growth opportunitiesExecute an effective call cycle to ensure consistent customer engagement across all outletsUtilise CRM systems to capture insights, manage activity and support data-driven decision-makingMonitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risksDeliver excellence in-store through:Product ranging and positioningPricing and promotional executionFridge and cooler standardsStock rotation and availabilityPoint-of-sale and merchandising initiativesConduct store audits and promotional reviewsProvide accurate reporting, forecasts and market insightsManage expenses in line with budget and company guidelines
About You




You are a motivated and relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys working autonomously while being part of a collaborative team, building customer partnerships and achieving commercial results.
You'll bring:
Experience in FMCG, field sales, territory management or account managementA proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accountsStrong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skillsThe ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable business growthExcellent organisational, planning and time management skillsStrong communication and presentation capabilitiesExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applicationsA current and valid driver's licence
Experience within dairy, beverage, FMCG or foodservice categories will be highly regarded.
