This is a dual position role that supports both Reception and Food & Beverage operations.
You'll be the welcoming face of the retreat, assisting guests from check in to check out, while also providing high quality service in our restaurant and lounge areas.Key ResponsibilitiesReception• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service• Manage check ins, check outs, and reservation enquiries• Handle phone calls, emails, and guest requests professionally• Process payments and maintain accurate records• Provide local information and assist with guest itinerariesFood & Beverage• Serve guests in the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas• Take orders, deliver meals,
