With a strong pipeline of secured projects and an established client base, the business is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint an experienced Services Manager to join their Sydney team.ABOUT THE POSITIONAs the Services Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing all building services across projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Working closely with the Project Manager, site team, consultants, subcontractors and clients, you will ensure services are effectively coordinated, programmed and delivered to a high standard.
You will be responsible for managing services across projects while identifying and resolving design, coordination and construction issues throughout the project lifecycle.DUTIESManage and coordinate all building services across projectsCoordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and other specialist servicesManage services subcontractors and consultantsReview services documentation,



drawings and specificationsIdentify and resolve design and coordination issuesAttend design and services coordination meetingsManage services procurement and subcontractor engagementMonitor services programming and project milestonesLiaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholdersAssist with cost control and commercial management of services packagesSKILLS & EXPERIENCETertiary or Trade Qualification in Building, Construction, Engineering or a related discipline is preferableProven experience as a Services Manager, Services Coordinator or similar within commercial constructionStrong understanding of building services and services coordinationProven experience working across commercial construction, fitout or refurbishment projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCULTUREThis company prides itself on creating a supportive and collaborative working environment where employees are genuinely valued and recognised for their contribution.
