Fulltime ChefBalgowlah RSL has a bistro, pizza and fine dining kitchens.
You could be working in any one of the kitchens.
We are looking for someone who has proven experience, has solid communications skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities include the following:-Assisting with the operation of the kitchenMake fresh prep ingredients daily.Maintain clenliness and food safety standards in all work areas and equipment.Maintaining stock at correct levelsMinimising wastage at both preparation and service stagesLiaising with Executive Chef/Sous Chef and other staff ie; kitchen-hands, waiting staffAny other duties as directed by the ManagementAdherence to the Club's Work, Health and Safety policies and proceduresKeep uniforms clean and tidy, ensuring that a clean uniform is worn on each shiftRenumeration based on experienceHospitality qualification required
