Endeavour Foundation in Brisbane is seeking an experienced NDIS & Workforce Operations Manager to lead rostering, NDIS quoting and workforce planning for Home & Community and Work services.
Based at Cannon Hill with hybrid work options, you will oversee a team of Client Services Team Leaders and drive operational performance.You will partner with Service Delivery leaders to improve outcomes, manage budgets and funding, and ensure service quality.
