This is a hands on role across systems, business analysis and automation, and it suits someone who enjoys solving process problems and working closely with finance teams.About Our ClientOur client is a fast growing technology infrastructure business going through a period of significant scale.
The finance team is building out its systems, data and processes to support that growth, with a strong focus on automation and practical use of AI.
This role sits in a small team reporting to the Finance Systems & Automation Lead.ResponsibilitiesSupport the day to day running of NetSuite and connected finance systems, including administrative tasks such as workflows, approval rules, roles, saved searches and reportingWork with finance users to understand pain points and manual workarounds, and recommend ways to simplify and automate processesContribute to new system implementations, including a procurement system and a project management system used by operational teamsRun workshops and document requirements, process flows and acceptance criteria for internal technology teams and external vendorsCoordinate testing and UAT,



manage defects and support go live and hypercareFind faster ways to get data out of NetSuite and into reporting the business can act onIdentify opportunities for workflow automation, low code tools and AI, and help design and implement themSupport system controls, including change management, user access, segregation of duties and audit requestsHelp manage a backlog of finance improvement work, delivered in regular short cyclesRequirementsCA or CPA qualified2 to 5 years of experience in finance systems, business analysis, finance transformation or a related roleHands on experience using NetSuite, with a valuable understanding of how its functions workSolid knowledge of core finance processes such as procure to pay, order to cash and record to reportExperience gathering requirements, mapping processes, testing and implementing system changesStrong analytical and problem solving skillsClear communicator who can work with finance users, technical teams and vendorsExperience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, integrations or AI tools such as Copilot is a plusWhat's on OfferBroad scope across systems, projects, data and automation rather than a narrow admin roleClose guidance from a hands on manager and regular contact with senior stakeholdersRoom to take on more ownership as the business and finance function grow
