This is a full-time permanent position working in our office in the Brisbane CBD.You will provide leadership in creating, leading and delivering asset management improvement initiatives across the enterprise to support Queensland Rail's asset management improvement journey.Reporting to our Senior Manager Asset Management, you will:Lead the development of asset management improvement plans, ensuring plans are developed and implemented that are orientated around sustainable asset management improvementProvide strategic leadership for asset investment planning, condition assessment, asset performance, maintenance optimisation, renewal programs, and regulatory compliance in alignment with organisational objectives and industry standardsLead the management and strategic direction for Queensland Rail's Enterprise Asset Management Systems, along with planning, coordinating and reporting on enterprise-wide asset management maturity assessmentsProactively monitor asset management best practices and trends in information management and data analysis considering potential applications for Queensland RailDevelop relationships with internal stakeholders, providing specialist expertise to drive asset management capability upliftNegotiate and facilitate agreement to the plan with Senior Responsible Owners,
