A well-established professional services firm is seeking an experienced Tax Advisory Manager or Senior Manager to join its growing Melbourne practice.This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and international tax matters, working alongside a highly regarded team that advises some of Australia's most successful privately owned businesses, multinational companies and listed organisations.This is an opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys solving complex problems, providing strategic advice and partnering closely with clients to deliver practical commercial outcomes.The OpportunityWorking as part of a specialist advisory team, you'll provide guidance across a diverse range of corporate and international taxation matters, including corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions, international expansion strategies, financing and capital management structures, transfer pricing, tax governance and emerging global tax developments.You'll work directly with senior leaders and clients, managing engagements from inception through to delivery while contributing to the ongoing growth and success of a highly respected practice.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality corporate and international tax advice to a sophisticated and diverse client base.Manage complex advisory projects and client engagements from start to finish.Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated commercial solutions.Mentor, coach and develop junior team members.Assist with technical research,
