Formal make up certification and/or previous retail artistry experience is desirable, however we also welcome passionate applicants with solid amateur artistry skills and a genuine love for the M A C brand.

Qualifications Role Requirements Ability to facilitate exceptional, personalized customer service by providing tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills Achieve KPI's and sales targets through driving retail events, makeup appointments and theme days Leading by example with impeccable 100% M.A.C black professional, polished grooming Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks Ensure you & your team are attending mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required) What We're Looking For The ability to provide exceptional customer service, adhere to grooming guidelines, and KPI attainment.
Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) - portfolio or examples required Excellent communication and customer service skills Team player with a positive attitude Open to feedback and committed to professional growth Flexible availability including late nights and weekends Ability to travel to other locations when required Impeccably groomed Ability to provide see it say it feedback.
