The Opportunity
Haste Recruitment is working with a respected boutique buyers agency to recruit a property qualified covering Brisbane's inner and outer suburbs, within a 20km radius of the CBD.
This opportunity suits an experienced Buyer's Agent or an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent looking to move into the buyers agency space.
You'll bring strong lead generation skills, an established network and the ability to source your own opportunities.
In return, you'll have a dedicated in-house sales trainer supporting your development and, if you're moving from sales, your transition into buyer advocacy.
The Role
You'll help owner-occupiers and investors secure the right property, managing the buying journey from the initial brief through to settlement.
Generate new business through prospecting,
referrals and industry relationshipsBuild your own client pipeline and source buying opportunitiesIdentify suitable on-market and off-market propertiesComplete market analysis and property due diligenceNegotiate purchase terms and guide clients through to settlementBuild strong relationships with selling agents and industry contacts
About You
You're an experienced Buyer's Agent or Real Estate Sales Agent with a proven ability to generate leads, build relationships and source your own deals.
You'll bring:
A track record of results in buyer advocacy or residential real estate salesStrong prospecting, lead generation and business development skillsSound knowledge of Brisbane's residential property marketConfident negotiation skills and clear client communicationA current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of RegistrationA proactive approach and willingness to learnAvailability for weekend inspections, your own vehicle and a valid driver's licence
