The Opportunity
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to open our Newcastle office.
With major industrial precincts and logistics hubs on your doorstep, you'll have the chance to drive new business growth and develop a high-performing team.

Drive new business development and grow market share
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead, coach and develop a recruitment team
Manage branch performance and profitability
Oversee recruitment operations and service delivery
Deliver exceptional customer and candidate experiences
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in temporary recruitment
Recruitment leadership or sales management experience
Robust business development and sales skills
Experience managing a P&L;
Knowledge of relevant industry awards
Excellent administration and customer service skills
A positive, energetic and results-driven approach
