We're looking for a small cohort of emerging leaders who have the ambition, capability and drive to fast-track their careers to the most senior levels of our organisation.Over three years, InsureEdge participants undertake meaningful role immersions across A&G;'s key business divisions including Sales & Service, Claims & Assessing, Risk, Product, Technology and Growth Operations.
Participants will spend the majority of their time doing real, high-impact work within a division, while dedicating the remainder to structured exploration of the business, the industry, and the teams that operate across the broader A&G; value chain.Throughout the program, you'll be supported by executive coaching, dedicated mentoring, and access to formal leadership development through the A&G; Leadership Academy.

Your role allows you to make a genuine contribution, build real relationships, and develop deep functional expertise.Structured Exploration Across the BusinessTo support your success in your core role you will be allocated dedicated time to build enterprise-wide understanding through immersive experiences including shadowing frontline leaders, Finance Business Partners, underwriting and claims teams, customer experience functions and more.
