This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, driving financial insights and partnering with key stakeholders to enhance business performance.You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple business areas, gaining exposure to systems, reporting, budgeting and strategic decision making.
You'll play a key role in shaping financial processes, optimising operational efficiency and contributing to business growth.Key responsibilities:Accounting and Financial Management: Manage day to day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standardsMonth End and Reconciliation Activities: Monitor income and expenses, analyse variances and manage month-end reporting for financial accuracyFinancial Systems Management: Maintain the integrity of accounting software and PSA systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to dateReporting and Financial Analysis: Deliver comprehensive and accurate reporting, presenting both financial and non-financial data, to support strategic decision-makingBudgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets,



forecasts and monthly financial results, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational goalsProcess Improvement and Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, working closely with stakeholders to implement solutions that benefit the businessApplication of compliance procedures: Ensure business operations comply with statutory requirements and internal policies, procedures and demonstrate best practice principlesWhat we're looking for:Proven accounting experience within a professional services, managed services, consulting or other service based organisationUnderstanding of the financial drivers of labour utilisation, project profitability, recurring revenue and service delivery metricsA commitment to continuous improvement of processes, tools and delivering high quality financial and operational insightsA strategic thinker and self-starter with a commercial approach to business, capable of driving initiatives and achieving business objectivesStrong data analysis skills, with the ability to source and translate data into actionable insightsDegree in Accounting, Commerce or a related field, CPA or CA qualified highly regardedFull Time or Part Time roleThis is your chance to own financial processes, shape strategy and work closely with leaders who value innovation and forward thinking approaches.For a confidential discussion about the role in further detail, please contact Emma Stapleton on ************.
