Who we're looking for
We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant or Supervisor to join our growing team.




You may already be operating in a supervisory role and looking for your next challenge, or you may be a high‐performing Senior Accountant ready to step into a position with greater responsibility.
For the right candidate, we are committed to providing the support, mentoring and development required to progress into a leadership role.
The ideal candidate will have strong Australian tax and business services experience, enjoy building trusted client relationships, and be passionate about helping develop junior team members.
What you'll be doing:
Prepare, review and analyse financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and other family and corporate groups.
Review work prepared by junior accountants and provide constructive guidance for job finalisation.
Manage workflow and build relationships with your client base.
Prepare and review complex tax matters, including Div 7A, CGT and FBT.
Assist in the management of BAS and income tax lodgements.
Support, mentor and contribute to the development of undergraduates, graduates and accountants.
Assist with technical tax and other consulting matters.
Work closely with Partners on advisory projects and client engagements.
Contribute to workflow management and team leadership initiatives where appropriate.
About you:
4+ years' experience in public practice accounting.
CA/CPA qualified or currently undertaking studies.




Strong knowledge of companies, trusts and associated tax risks and issues.
Strong Australian technical tax knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and work independently.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff is highly regarded.
A desire to continue developing your leadership and people management capabilities.
