We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team who shares our vision of building a sustainable and profitable major Australian gold business.THE WESTGOLD OFFERFull-time, permanent position based at our Beta Hunt site or Tuckabianna site.
Remuneration includes base salary + site allowance + wellbeing allowance + up to 15% STI bonus + Superannuation.Variety of roster options to suit your lifestyle: 8:6-7:7 – 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off flying in and out on Tuesdays to Beta Hunt 14:7 – 14 days on, 7 days off flying in and out on Wednesdays to Tuckabianna Flexible employment options including FIFO, DIDO, and residential opportunities in Kambalda, Kalgoorlie, Meekatharra & Cue - choose what works best for you!
Up-to-date, well-equipped camps featuring ensuite rooms, sports courts, and fully equipped gyms to keep you comfortable and active while away from home.A growing company that's supports employee's development.Performance based bonusGroup salary continuous insuranceA health and wellness allowanceHealth insurance discountA range of Family and Medical leave policies that includes IVF, surrogacy and adoption.THE ROLEProvide prompt and effective light vehicle maintenance support to our underground gold minesEvaluate vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to accurately diagnose problemsReview vehicle computer and electronic systems for repairs, maintenance, and upgradesCarry out regular maintenance activities to improve vehicle performance and lifespanAdhere to maintenance schedules to minimise disruption to mine operationsLiaise with Contractors and Stakeholders as requiredWHAT DO I NEEDCurrent "C" Class Western Australian driver's licenceValid and relevant trade qualifications, certificates, and licencesExperience within a mining or heavy industry environmentQuality workmanship with excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skillsDesire to maintain a proactive safe working environmentReasonable computer skills & literacy,
