The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing the company's fleet operations, including vehicle procurement, allocation, maintenance, servicing, compliance and fleet performance.
The successful candidate will work with drivers, management, suppliers, mechanics and service providers to ensure vehicles remain safe, reliable and available for business operations.Key responsibilitiesManage and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the vehicle fleet.Coordinate vehicle allocation, utilisation and availability.Manage vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections and repairs.Arrange vehicle procurement, replacement, leasing and disposal where required.Monitor vehicle condition and minimise fleet downtime.Manage vehicle registration, insurance and compliance requirements.Maintain accurate records of vehicles, servicing, repairs, inspections and costs.Liaise with mechanics, dealerships, suppliers, insurers and service providers.Monitor fleet expenditure, fuel usage and operating costs.Investigate vehicle breakdowns,
