We're working with a well-established commercial builder delivering a strong pipeline of projects across Sydney.
Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis.
You'll oversee 1–2 projects at a time, taking ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
Projects typically range from $3m–$6m and include a mix of commercial construction and refurbishment works across the Sydney market.
You'll be supported by a dedicated Contract Administrator, allowing you to focus on project delivery, stakeholder management and overall project performance.
Responsibilities
Manage the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from start to finish
Oversee project programmes, budgets and financial performance
Lead project teams and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with the Contract Administrator on procurement, variations and project controls
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and contractual requirements
Drive projects to achieve programme, budget and quality outcomes

Requirements
Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
Experience managing project budgets, contracts and variations
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong client relationships
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
Relevant construction qualifications
Australian commercial construction experience is essential
