We have an opportunity for aPersonnel Security Specialist to play a key role in lifting AusNet's personnel security capability as part of our Security Uplift Project.Reporting to the Security Risk and Assurance Advisor, this role is based in Melbourne's CBD and sits within Security and Network Control, supporting our transmission, distribution and gas networks.What you'll help deliverDesign and embed personnel security plans, procedures and controls to protect AusNet's people and assetsIdentify and manage positions of trust and critical worker requirements in line with SOCI and PSPF obligationsDevelop and implement a trusted insider threat mitigation program across employees and contractorsPartner with the business to uplift security awareness and embed sustainable, value‐focused security practicesYou don't need to check every box,
