Leading a small, high-performing team, you'll partner closely with Supply Chain and Commercial leaders to provide strategic financial insight, challenge thinking, and drive investment decisions that support growth, efficiency and long-term performance.18-month secondment roleKey ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration, capability growth, and a culture of continuous improvement.Partner with Supply Chain project leaders to evaluate capital investment opportunities through robust financial modelling, including NPV, IRR and payback analysis.Deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that support decision-making and identify value creation opportunities across Supply Chain and Commercial operations.Manage capital expenditure and restructuring cost performance through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, ensuring delivery against financial targets and investment outcomes.Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ROI and project perks realisation, providing clear visibility on portfolio performance.Act as a trusted financial steward,
