As our business continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor ready to take the next step in their career.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on role where you'll work across a diverse portfolio of businesses and industries, partnering with operational teams and leaders to drive safety performance, strengthen compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.This role requires regular travel throughout the Eastern states to support site-based operations and projects.For the right person, this role offers a genuine pathway into HSE management and the prospect to grow your career within a diverse and expanding organisation.What you'll be doingEnsuring compliance with WHS legislation, regulations and company policiesLeading HSEQ audits, inspections and assurance activitiesManaging incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actionsPartnering with managers and operational teams to strengthen safety leadership and accountabilityMaintaining HSE systems, compliance registers,



reporting processes and documentationReviewing and updating policies, procedures and risk registers to meet regulatory requirementsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across safety, environmental and risk functionsConducting site visits to provide practical support and promote a proactive safety cultureAbout you5-10 years' experience in a dedicated HSE role within mining or heavy industryDiploma in WHS or an equivalent qualificationStrong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance requirementsExperience conducting audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessmentsUnderstanding of HSE management systems, ISO standards, injury management and Return To Work programsStrong written, verbal communication skills and attention to detailThe ability to engage, coach and influence leaders and frontline personnelThe ability to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesWhat's On OfferA clear pathway into an HSE Manager roleThe opportunity to work across a diverse range of industries and operationsExposure to strategic safety initiatives and business-wide improvement projectsA supportive and people-focused culture
