Known for innovation, technology, and social justice, this firm provides an exceptional work environment and opportunities for professional growth.About the position:Our client is expanding and seeking an experienced Senior Property & Commercial Lawyer (5 Years PAE) to join their Property & Commercial department.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of the team, handling a variety of commercial transactions and some conveyancing matters in both QLD and NSW.
This role involves providing legal advice, managing transactions, and supporting the overflow of conveyancing and off-the-plan matters.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and assistance in all aspects of commercial law, including retail and commercial leasing, business sales and purchases, franchising, shareholder agreements, and more.Assist with property matters, including residential and commercial conveyancing, off-the-plan transactions,
