You will own recruitment, onboarding and employee records while coordinating payroll, contracts and workplace policies.The role requires handling workers compensation and Return to Work matters and ensuring compliance with Up-to-date Awards and Fair Work Act.
You will support managers and employees, interpret employment legislation, and contribute to WHS and wellbeing
