South West Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Carer Peer Support Worker who will draw on their own lived experience to support carers and families navigating mental health challenges within an acute adult inpatient setting.You will provide peer support, advocacy and education, work with a multidisciplinary team, and help co-facilitate peer-led groups to improve engagement and recovery outcomes for consumers, carers and families.
