Mindcare Network is seeking a Disability Support Worker to support participants across Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region, including families and children.
You will provide personalised, trauma-informed care, build confidence, and help participants achieve their goals.Weekend shifts are essential for this role, and reliable, consistent availability is required.
You will collaborate with parents, carers and the support network while delivering home and community-based support and transport
