This is a full time positionAs the primary onsite representative for Chandler Macleod, you will act as the key link between our client and workforce, ensuring workforce mobilisation, site support, compliance, safety, and day to day operational requirements are effectively managed.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building robust relationships with both clients and employees.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and site leadership teamsCoordinate workforce mobilisation, onboarding and ongoing employee supportManage workforce rosters, attendance, accommodation and daily site requirementsMonitor staffing levels and respond quickly to workforce challengesEnsure compliance with site policies,
