You will be an experienced Social Worker or Psychologist who is values driven and enjoys supporting people to think, feel and perform better.
We're passionate about delivering great outcomes for our customers and clients and offer a diversity of services from individual support and therapy to organisational interventions and solutions.We have full time or part time opportunities.The work includes:Assessments of client's presenting concerns and related risk.Use short term solution focused therapy to identify goals and provide appropriate skills and strategies to achieve themProvision of counselling to individuals with a variety of presenting issues including but not limited to mental, emotional, lifestyle management and work life concerns.Working autonomously with your clients and ensuring best practice in your approach to client workProviding on site EAP and critical incident response to our customers.Providing psychosocial training to our customers at their workplaces.Working with Human Psychology gives you:Yearly professional development budgetGreat work environment across one of our 4 locations – with free on-site parking!




Regular supervisionOpportunity to work as part of a growing global organisationComprehensive reward, recognition, and benefits programYou will have:Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting individuals across a wide range of issuesBrief therapy solution-focused intervention skillsTertiary qualification in Psychology or Social work from an approved Australian Institution.Current full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers AASW or Current general registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.Critical incident experience would be highly regardedOur purpose is to enable better lives and to help individuals take greater accountability for their mental health and wellbeing.
