In this dynamic role you will support the delivery of complex automated material handling systems across customer‐facing projects .
Embedded within project delivery teams, this role ensures quality is planned, executed, and continuously improved across the full project lifecycle, from design and supplier engagement through installation and commissioning.As a Quality Engineer, you will apply your expertise in quality and project management to maintain product reliability, strengthen customer confidence, and foster continuous improvement across customer-facing projects.If you are a proactive,

Join us to help develop robust quality processes and support our commitment to excellence through engagement with customers and key stakeholders, including participation in on‐site activities such as quality audits and feedback reviews.WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ONDevelop & implement Project Qualification Plans with key stakeholders.Lead problem investigations to apply effective root cause analysis, corrective and preventive measuresLead project management process audits & effectively monitor timely fulfillment and actions implementationsLead and support on‐site & supplier quality audits, identifying risks early and helping teams prevent repeat issuesVisit customer sites to evaluate processes, collaborate on improvement strategies, and foster solid working relationshipsEngage internal stakeholders to review quality performance, discuss feedback, and align on shared expectationsLead quality initiatives across project execution functions through effective cross‐functional collaborationFacilitate routine cross‐functional discussions to align priorities, remove obstacles, and support timely resolution of quality issuesMentor and support teams in quality standards, lean tools,
and continuous improvement, contributing to an open and accountable quality cultureCommunicate progress through clear, data-informed updates and reports, while maintaining accurate documentation of audits, RCAs, CAPAs, and quality metricsProvide regular updates to management by bringing to bear clear, data‐driven reports and presentations on quality status, open issues, risks, and progress on corrective actionsTasks and Qualifications:Minimum 7 years' experience in a Quality Engineering or Project Quality roleDegree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical disciplineCertified Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification (in ISO**** QMS standards) by recognised RTOStrong experience with supplier and subcontractor quality management practicesExperience in project‐based environments, ideally automated material handling, automation, or constructionProven root cause analysis capability using tools such as Fishbone, 5 Whys, and 8D, DMAIC, PDCAFamiliarity with automated or control systems error‐proofing (poka‐yoke) solutionsQuality certifications such as CQE, CRE, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is well regardedEffective communicator with the ability to work & lead confidently with external and cross‐functional teamsWillingness and ability to travel to customer sites depending on business needsDemonstrated experience leading productive discussions, building alignment, presenting complex topics in a clear, practical mannerCollaborative working style with the ability to build strong relationships across engineering, operations, SMEs, customer teamsStrong analytical capability with experience using Minitab, Power BI, Microsoft OfficeCertificate IV in Training and
