Property Plus Real Estate is looking for a reliable, organised and motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our Property Management team.This is a hands-on role where you'll work across the day-to-day management of properties, supporting our Property Managers and building strong relationships with tenants, landlords and trades.The RoleYou'll be hands-on from day one, processing applications, assisting with tenant selection, preparing leases and getting new tenants settled in.
You'll be the first point of contact for a range of tenant enquiries, helping with maintenance, rental payments and lease matters, while coordinating jobs between tenants, landlords and trades.You'll also assist with routine inspections and lease renewals, keep PropertyMe records accurate and up to date, and provide general administration and reception support.




The role also includes participating in our rostered after-hours phone service.About YouWe are looking for someone who is reliable, well organised and takes pride in their work.
You will have strong communication and customer service skills, good attention to detail and the ability to follow systems, meet deadlines and take responsibility for your work.You must have an Agents Representative Certificate.
Previous experience in real estate, property management, administration or customer service is preferred, and experience with PropertyMe or a similar system will be highly regarded.What's OfferedThis is a full time Monday to Friday position, working 9am-5pm.
