Available Full-Time Schedules and a (4-Day Compressed Roster)
For the early birds a morning roster (Sunday to Thursday): 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
For the night owls a evening roster (across the 7 days): 2:00pm to 10:00pm
Enjoy 3 full days off every week!
Evening Roster (Friday to Monday): 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: This is a 100% office-based role at our Hawthorn headquarters.
Requirements
A strong ability to focus on details




Strong problem-solving skills to fill client schedules both long-term and short term
Strong computing skills to ensure all essential information is gathered, documented, and properly communicated
Multitasking client and caregiver inquiries and follow-ups via email and phone
Holistically engage and listen to the caller to gather essential information to determine the needs
Represent the Nurse Next Door brand and provide exceptional care and education for prospective clients and their families over the phone
Qualities
You love providing exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
You have high emotional intelligence - active listening, compassion, and empathy come naturally to you.
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
You are process-driven and love following systems
Interpersonal skills through active listening and compassion to the caller
Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite: Gmail, drive, docs, calendar
You thrive in a busy workplace, and short deadlines don't phase you
Solution-oriented individual not afraid to ask questions
