ProQuest Recruitment & Training - Dandenong VICFull time, Casual/Temporary, Permanent4d ago , from ProQuest Recruitment & TrainingGreat Pay | Ongoing Casual Full-Time Hours | Monday-Friday | Strong High Reach Experience | Great Team CultureProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Outbound Forklift Operator / Storeperson to join a well-established and growing business located in Dandenong South.This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse operator who is confident on Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts, enjoys being hands-on and wants to become part of a solid, hardworking team.We're looking for someone who knows their way around a warehouse, takes safety seriously, gets stuck in and is happy to support the team across a range of outbound duties.About the RoleWorking within a busy outbound warehouse environment, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, prepared and dispatched safely, accurately and efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficientlyOperating Counterbalance forklifts for loading, unloading and general warehouse movementsLoading and unloading trucksMoving, storing and replenishing stock throughout the warehouseVoice picking and preparing products for dispatchPicking and accurately preparing customer ordersGeneral warehouse duties and manual handlingSupporting outbound and dispatch activitiesChecking stock and ensuring products are handled accuratelyMaintaining a clean,



safe and organised work environmentWorking closely with supervisors and the wider warehouse teamSupporting the team when priorities change or things get busyFollowing all site safety procedures and requirementsWe're Looking for Someone Who Can Really Get Stuck InForklift experience is obviously important, but we're looking for someone who is more than just a forklift operator.The right person will be someone who:Has strong, proven Counterbalance experienceIs confident operating High ReachHas previous warehouse and outbound experienceIs comfortable with voice pickingIs comfortable jumping between different warehouse dutiesIs physically capable and happy with manual handlingTakes pride in their workHas a strong work ethic and a genuine "let's get it done" attitudeIs reliable, punctual and consistentCommunicates well with the teamTakes safety seriouslyFollows procedures and works carefullyTakes ownership of their responsibilitiesIs willing to help out when the team is under pressureHas a positive and respectful attitudeWorks well as part of a teamWe're looking for someone who turns up, gets stuck in and can be relied on.Culture MattersWe're big on finding people who are not only capable of doing the job, but who will also fit into the team.We're looking for someone who is reliable, respectful,
