The role involves planning developmentally appropriate activities, following the child's interests, and providing calm, supportive guidance to promote independence.The position requires a Cert III or ACECQA approved qualification, driving, and a commitment of at least 12 months.
References, WWCC, Police Check, CPR, and First Aid are essential.
