If you're reliable, enjoy hands‐on work, and are looking for secure employment with genuine career progression opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in producing quality cardboard packaging products while working as part of a supportive production team.Operate production machinery and associated equipment used in the manufacture of cardboard packaging.Assist with machine setup, job changes, and related production tasks.Complete quality inspections and procedural checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.Maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular housekeeping activities.Support the broader production team with general operational duties as required.What You'll BringWe're looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment.A willingness to learn new skills, processes,
