This is a varied opportunity supporting a Litigation Partner three days per week, with the remaining two days supporting the Family and Employment teams.
It would suit an experienced Legal Assistant who enjoys variety and is looking for a role where they can build strong relationships across a close-knit team.

While there may be some flexibility to work from home down the track, the firm is ideally looking for someone who is comfortable being office based given the split nature of the role.The Litigation Partner is described as a genuinely lovely person who is very well regarded across the firm.
He is respectful, clear in his communication and easy to work with, making this a excellent opportunity to work alongside someone who genuinely values their support.
Responsibilities will include:Diary and email managementLiaising with clients, barristers and other external stakeholdersDrafting and formatting legal documentsPreparing briefs and court documentsManaging correspondence and file administrationOrganising meetings, functions and travelBilling and general administrative supportProviding broader administrative support across the Family and Employment teamsABOUT YOUYou will be a confident and experienced Legal Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is comfortable supporting across different areas of law.
Ideally, you will bring:Previous Legal Assistant experience, ideally within Litigation, Family or Employment LawExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and formatting skillsConfidence managing up and supporting at Partner levelThe ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlinesA genuine team-focused approach and willingness to assist across different practice areasWHY APPLY?
