We are seeking a talented individual to join the Superannuation Marketing team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Senior Digital Content Writer - Fixed Term Contract
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role for an experienced Senior Digital Content Writer.
You will join the Superannuation Strategic Content team and help create clear, engaging and accessible digital content for the Superannuation website.
Working closely with colleagues across Digital, Product, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholder groups, you will turn complex superannuation and financial information into content that helps customers find, understand and act on the information they need.
We will count on you to:
Lead the creation, review and optimisation of high-quality content across the Superannuation websiteWrite digital content that is transparent, engaging, accessible and customer-focusedTranslate complex superannuation and financial information into plain English that is easy to understandContribute to information architecture and site structure by recommending content groupings, page hierarchy, navigation labels and pathwaysPartner with Digital/UX and Product teams on content audits, journey mapping and sitemap or page structure recommendationsEnsure content aligns with brand standards, legal and regulatory requirements and digital content best practiceApply UX writing principles, SEO best practice and customer insights to improve readability, discoverability and overall experienceUse in-house AI tools to support research, content development and optimisation while maintaining editorial quality,



accuracy and complianceManage stakeholder reviews, feedback and content delivery across multiple initiatives
What you need to have:
A bachelor's degree, or higher, in journalism, marketing, communications or a related fieldExperience in superannuation, financial services or another highly regulated industryAt least 5 years' experience writing for digital platforms, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex informationExceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a high level of attention to detail
