A growing company that's supports employee's development.THE ROLEJoin our Bluebird Mill as a Gold Room Operator and play a key role in the safe and efficient recovery of gold.Ensure elution and gold recovery activities are completed in a timely mannerOperate equipment across the Crushing, Milling, CIL and Elution circuitsMonitor and report any security issues in and around the Gold RoomOperate forklifts, EWPs and skid-steers safely and correctlyMaintain housekeeping standards and conduct routine Gold Room inspectionsMaintain efficient and productive Gold Room processesWHAT DO I NEEDCurrent WA Manual C Class Driver's LicenceMinimum 2 years' Gold Room experience,
